Platform ID’s

If you reach out to our Player Support team, an agent might request your platform ID/name. This ID can be used to look up your account information on our end and help to solve your query.

Depending on your platform, you need to follow different steps to retrieve this ID, but worry not, below you can find instructions to locate it:

  - Click on account management
  - Select account information

  - On your device, open the Stadia app.
  - On the top right, tap your Stadia avatar.
  - There you can find your Stadia Name
