If you pre-ordered the game digitally but did not receive the Trinity Pack, please check the HITMAN 3 DLC list on your platform to make sure it is installed.
If you pre-ordered the game physically but did not receive the Trinity Pack, please check with the retailer that you purchased the game from. There might be a download code on your physical receipt, on an email confirmation or stored in the account you have with the online store that you bought the game from. If you're unable to locate the code, you can send us a ticket and we can investigate with the retailer on your behalf. Please include proof of purchase that clearly shows the purchase date and your retailer when you submit a ticket.
